É essa a frase que quase ninguém consegue tirar do Portal sozinho. Bill by bill: the amount, the tax, whether it is still within its deadline, and which stage of the process it is at. An assessed bill has no payment reference yet; once it has one, it can be paid. That sentence is the one almost nobody gets out of the Portal on their own.

O passe é tempo, não fichas: não se gasta por utilização. Se o Portal mudar ou alguma coisa bloquear o processo, nada foi submetido e pode tentar de novo enquanto o passe estiver ativo. The pass is time, not tokens: nothing is consumed per use. If the Portal changes or something blocks the flow, nothing was submitted and you can try again for as long as the pass is live.
